Casenotes and Recording Information Training

This is a Kete O Te Wānanga event.

The objective of this training is to explore how we capture relevant information and ensure that it is recorded effectively.

This includes providing some key elements of effective case note writing and ensuring that recording information aligns with relevant legislation and practice guidelines.

This training is offered free, so please make sure you register to come along for this practical workshop on how and why we record information when delivering services.

Only 20 spaces available so registrations are limited to two participants per organisation.
