This free workshop is offered as a Kete O Te Wānanga event from Rotorua Safer Families.

This three-hour training workshop explores the ethical principles, challenges, and decision-making processes essential for working within the complexity of family harm and safety. Participants will deepen their understanding of professional and personal boundaries, ethical dilemmas, and the responsibilities inherent in this work. Through interactive discussions and real-world scenarios, this session will enhance ethical awareness, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and sound decision-making in complex environments.
