Rachael Bell is a qualified and registered social worker with the Social Work Registration Board and a member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers (ANZASW). She holds a Master of Professional Practice (Health and Social Sciences) and has more than 25 years’ experience across social work practice, leadership, and education.

Meet Nick

Nick Callaghan is a registered social worker with over 15 years’ experience across community and statutory practice. His career includes roles with Youthline, Oranga Tamariki, and now as a Social Work Educator at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology. Nick is currently completing his Master of Indigenous Studies through the University of Otago, deepening his focus on culturally grounded, kaupapa-based approaches to practice.
Nick offers professional supervision and coaching for social workers, youth workers, and allied professionals. He provides supervision from a Te Ao Māori perspective, incorporating blended cultural and clinical approaches that honour identity, reflection, and relational connection. His style is supportive, strengths-based, and grounded in real-world practice, creating a safe and reflective space for growth, learning, and wellbeing.
