Kelly-Anne is a bold and compassionate systems thinker, grounded in kaupapa Māori values and committed to meaningful, community-led change.
With extensive experience across local government and community sectors, she has led work in equity, Māori innovation, and Tiriti-based transformation. Kelly-Anne excels at connecting strategy to action — guiding organisations to embed belonging, inclusion, and cultural integrity at every level.
Her work spans community engagement, organisational design, leadership coaching, and policy transformation — all focused on creating thriving communities where people and relationships come first.
Felicity Jansonius-Bidois
Associate – Policy, Youth Voice & Community Development
Felicity brings heart, intellect, and energy to everything she does. With a strong background in social policy, youth engagement, and wellbeing initiatives, she works to ensure community voices are heard where decisions are made.
Her experience bridges both governance and grassroots — from advising on council community wellbeing frameworks to supporting youth-driven innovation projects and co-designing inclusive policies.
Felicity’s practice is guided by authenticity, participation, and hope — helping to build systems that serve people, not the other way around.
Rachael Bell
Founder – Social Work, Education & Community Strategy
Rachael Bell is a connector, educator, and advocate with over 25 years’ experience in social work, leadership, and community development across Aotearoa. She brings a deep understanding of how relationships shape systems — and how strong, connected people create thriving communities.
Rachael weaves together her backgrounds in social work practice, tertiary education, and organisational leadership to guide projects that uplift people and strengthen the social-service workforce. Her work spans programme design, workforce wellbeing, professional supervision, policy consultation, and community engagement — always grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi and whānau-centred practice.
Rachael has led large-scale educational and workforce development initiatives, supported organisations through change, and helped shape future pathways for the social-services profession. Whether facilitating a workshop, leading a sector conversation, or supporting a team to find clarity and purpose, Rachael’s approach is relational, grounded, and hopeful.
