Our development programmes facilitate the potential within our workforce to improve their practice, learn new skills and deliver effective services to whānau.
Whether as a new practitioner still stretching their wings, or as a developing practitioner taking flight as the become leaders, or governance learning to soar to new heights, Bellbird can help facilitate the potential within.
Bellbird Development Programmes are delivered as five modules delivered monthly. Each module is designed to incorporate evidence based good practice, real life experience and to utilise the strengths of the individual in developing their practice.

- 5 individualised mentoring sessions
- Additional resources and information
- Certificate provided on completion of the programme
Our development programmes also include free membership for the individual engaged in the programme so that they can maximise the free activities and resources available through Bellbird.
